About Us
The Brick was founded in February 2014 by John Sayegh, who had always dreamed of opening a restaurant. His love for food and the idea of creating a welcoming space for the community led to the birth of The Brick in North Pomona, conveniently located near the new Gold Line station.

Since opening, The Brick has been known for serving handcrafted deli sandwiches, fresh salads, pastries and house-made soups all made with organic, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients.
